WOWWWW!!! This was like taking a trip to Belize 🇧🇿 and having dinner at someone’s home. The sampler platter is such a great appetizer. You get to try the best small plates they have to offer. Now the start of the show in my opinion was that Oxtail! TENDER and flavorful, with rice and beans, and sweet plantain. I can’t wait to have it again. It was so good I ordered one to go. Hildi was so sweet and kind, we had such a wonderful conversation about her Belizean heritage, and her favorite dishes. I can’t wait to come back to Little Belize, it truly felt like home!💛🇧🇿❤️

We heard about this place from a couple people and decided to try it out. After having a delicious meal we will definitely be back. We had the salbutes as an appetizer. Never had anything like it before. Shredded chicken, smothered onions over a fried puff pastry type thing. It was sooooo good. And a big portion. My wife had The sautéed shrimp in coconut milk was very very good. Savory soupy with plenty of shrimp. I had the stewed chicken. It was a half chicken and I got it with rice and beans and steamed vegetables. Plantains too. Everything was so delicious. The chicken was very good quality, super moist and tender. The stew was nicely peppery--they put the sauce over the rice too and there was plenty of it to dip the vegetables in too. The service was so friendly and helpful. And they told us about all kinds of live entertainment that sounds so fun. We will definitely be back to try out live band and dancing, open mic, taco Wednesdays (any kind of meat in a taco).

Very tasty food served in a warm, friendly atmosphere of this neighborhood place that has been around for ages. We were excited to learn that they have days with live music, karaoke and dance as well and will be back to check those out! We tried the dinner sized chicken stew, meatballs and ducunu (a sweetish cooked cornbread /tamale dough), all very flavorful! Owners even offered to put up our bikes in a backroom in case we wouldn't have locks

The stew chicken was super tender, the rice and beans were on point, and the portions were honestly bigger than I expected. Everyone working there was really friendly and made me feel welcome. It's not one of those flashy places, but the food speaks for itself. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu because this was a great surprise.
